Application Requirements:

Please review the information below, to prepare the required documents or information for the application process. All documents must be submitted to Brana Play School for your child to attend.
A complete Registration Form must include:
- 1 Passport size photo of child

Emergency Authorization Form

Permission to Photograph
-
Copy of Passport

Copy of your child's immunizations and current physical will be needed

Application Fee of US $300
Health Care/ Illness Policies:

Parents and/or guardians are expected to keep sick children at home. If your child is not well enough to participate in daily activities and outdoor play, he or she should not come to school. The following explains our policy for temporary exclusion of sick children. Click below and download document.
